Work with purpose.

I have worked in intense environments with high performance demands.

I am a doctor, and completed my plastic surgery training in the NHS in 2023. During my training I have studied, travelled and worked in different countries and regions, and looked after patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Through the rigour of surgical training, and the intensity of the day-to-day job, I understand high pressure work environments, leadership and team working, as well as the requirements and pressures of continuing professional and personal development in such circumstances.

More than just a job

I am passionate about the human body and mind, fostered through learning about anatomy and physiology, and surgical training.

With a personal understanding of the challenges around productivity, performance and health, I'm dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of the incredible machines they’ve been born into, get to know their well-being and to reframe barriers like time, energy and self-limiting beliefs.

Discovering coaching during a pivotal moment in my life transformed my self-awareness and approach to the world. Through focused, confidential support, coaching challenged my perspectives, enabling me to recognise and overcome barriers, set goals, and embrace my strengths.

In the words of Dolly Parton, it helped me “find out who you are and do it on purpose”. I can’t wait to witness you do the same.
